Disclosure (affiliate & income)
This site plans to earn referral commissions from some product links in the future. Where it does, links will carry the sponsored attribute and will be labeled inside the article.
Independence of the grades
- Evidence grades are set from the literature, regardless of whether a product pays us.
- We will not raise a "D (weak evidence)" to a "B" because someone pays. Ingredients with weak evidence stay published as weak evidence — the magnesium-for-sleep page is the working example.
- Every recommendation page also lists options that pay nothing (such as improving your diet).
Limits as medical information
Content here is a summary of public literature, not diagnosis or treatment advice. Dietary supplements are not medicines and are not for treating or preventing disease. If you take medication or have a medical condition, consult a physician or pharmacist. In Japan, registered claim details for Foods for Specified Health Uses can be checked in the Consumer Affairs Agency database.
